The Association of American Medical Colleges is seeking a Senior Specialist, Programs and Engagement to lead and coordinate complex member engagement initiatives across CAHSE, AAHCI, ORR, and ACOL. You will report to the Senior Director of Programs and Engagement and work with governance boards and executive leaders across the AAMC.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business specialty is preferred).
• 5 - 7 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year experience in working in the field of academic medicine or teaching hospitals (2-3 years preferred).

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements CAHSE, AAHCI, ORR, and ACOL member engagement strategies and events.
• Coordinates the operations of CAHSE and ORR Administrative Boards in support of AAMC governance.
• Documents key work processes and ensures they are regularly updated for access by staff.
• Plans and executes in-person and virtual meetings, engagement activities and events for CAHSE, AAHCI, ACOL, and ORR.
• Manages member recruitment, onboarding, and communications for CAHSE/ORR/AAHCI.
