Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to translate client challenges into impactful, data-driven solutions within Audience Intelligence, Analytics & Data Science. You will partner with commercial leaders, clients, strategists, analysts, and delivery teams to manage opportunities from conversations through delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement, healthcare/life sciences analytics, or related fields.
• Experience solving complex business problems through data, analytics, AI, marketing, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in new business pitches, proposal development, and commercial presentations.
• Experience with project scoping, estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery planning.
• Experience guiding projects from sales through delivery and ensuring client value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to manage opportunities from conversations through proposal development and kickoff.
• Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and commercially viable approaches.
• Work with data analysts, strategists, data scientists, and leadership to design solutions.
• Define statements of work, timelines, budgets, and delivery approaches balancing value and feasibility.
• Help define pricing, scope, resources, and expected outcomes with leadership.
• Develop an active pipeline of opportunities and follow up to maintain momentum.
• Present capabilities, case studies, methodologies, and proposed solutions to teams and clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment between what was sold and delivered.
• Align expectations across engagements as the bridge between commercial talks and execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships with additional services or capabilities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to evolving products, methodologies, and go-to-market materials.
• Operate in environments with evolving priorities and multiple opportunities.
