We are hiring for two key positions:
- Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery – Remote (USA)
- Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery – Remote (Europe)
In these roles, you will lead integration projects, drive client engagement, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. We seek strategic thinkers with strong project management skills and a proven track record in integration delivery.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Refine Integration Standards: Lead the development of integration standards, processes, and approaches. Finalize the integration process across the deal lifecycle. Validate functional integration approaches externally and build internal capabilities for value capture. Implement tech stack, tools, and templates for managing multiple integrations.
- Integration Program Management Excellence: Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, applying best practices to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Integration Coordination: Oversee and lead integration delivery managers to execute activities related to new acquisitions, ensuring adherence to standards and strategic goals.
- Corporate Development Support: Partner with Corporate Development during diligence phases to incorporate findings into integration planning and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams to support integration activities and ensure communication and alignment. Engage with executive leadership for updates and support.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project momentum.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultural Integration: Support integration of organizational cultures, emphasizing collaboration and unity.
- Reporting and Communication: Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership and the board, ensuring clear communication.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years in program and project management, especially in M&A within healthcare or related industries.
- Proven success in coordinating complex integrations, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with acquired entities and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Financial analysis skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships with external partners and advisors.
