Responsibilities

Develops and configures integrated solutions across complex, medium to large systems.

• Leads complex development efforts in multiple technologies, escalating only the most advanced issues.

• Designs with performance, scalability, and optimization in mind; proactively monitors and refactors systems.

• Maintains system quality by testing, establishing and enforcing coding and process standards.

• Resolves critical production issues and mentors' peers through technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability required
• Minimum six - ten years of experience as a software developer or other relevant IT discipline with demonstrated proficiency across multiple current technology disciplines required
• Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated experience as a full stack developer
• Mastery in the full software development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and agile software development practices required
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FERPA, GLBA, PCI, etc.) as they relate to data integrity and privacy preferred
• Education Industry experience a plus

Skills

Full-Stack Technical Expertise & Cloud Integration

Focus: Delivering enterprise-grade, scalable, and modern solutions through deep technical specialization.

• 5+ years of experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OOP/OOD, design patterns, and modern architectural principles.

• Skilled in Azure PaaS (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Web Jobs) with exposure to AWS/GCP.

• Performs complex data analysis from diverse sources and integrates with platforms like Dynamics 365.

• Keeps up with best practices in modern development including CI/CD, automated testing, and Blazor UI design.

Agile Execution & DevOps-Driven Delivery

Focus: Driving fast, iterative software delivery through agile collaboration and DevOps excellence.

• Experienced in Agile/SCRUM environments, owning projects from design through production.

• Familiar with Azure DevOps, creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites.

• Operates effectively in remote or hybrid teams with high autonomy and consistent delivery under deadlines.
