We are thrilled to announce that we are hiring for two key positions:

Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery - Remote (USA)

Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery - Remote (Europe)

In these pivotal roles, you will lead integration projects, drive client engagement, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet our clients' needs. We seek strategic thinkers with strong project management skills and a proven track record in integration delivery.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and Refine Integration Standards: Lead the development of integration standards, processes, and approach. Finalize the integration process across the deal lifecycle. Validate functional integration approaches externally and build internal capabilities for value capture. Implement comprehensive tech stack, tools, and templates to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
  2. Integration Program Management Excellence: Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects, applying best practices to deliver results on time and within budget.
  3. Integration Coordination: Lead and oversee integration delivery managers to execute all project and program activities related to integrating new acquisitions. Ensure adherence to standards and strategic goals.
  4. Corporate Development Support: Partner with Corporate Development early in the deal lifecycle (Diligence) and incorporate findings into early planning. Line up resources and readiness for integration as the deal progresses.
  5. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with departments like finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams to support integration activities. Engage with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project momentum.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Cultural Integration: Support integration of organizational cultures and values, emphasizing collaboration.
  9. Reporting and Communication: Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership and the board, ensuring clear communication of initiatives and outcomes.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years in program/project management, especially in M&A within healthcare/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven success in coordinating complex integrations, with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Experience with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical supply chains.
  • Experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with acquired entities and leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
  • Financial analysis skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and resource management.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with external partners and advisors.
