We are hiring for two key positions:

Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery – Remote (USA)

Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery – Remote (Europe)

In these roles, you will lead integration projects, drive client engagement, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. We seek strategic thinkers with strong project management skills and a proven track record in integration delivery.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and Refine Integration Standards: Lead development of standards, processes, and approach. Finalize integration processes across the deal lifecycle. Validate external functional approaches and build internal capabilities. Implement tech stack, tools, and templates to manage multiple integrations.
2. Integration Program Management Excellence: Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, applying best practices to deliver results on time and within budget.
3. Integration Coordination: Oversee delivery managers executing activities related to new integrations. Ensure adherence to standards and strategic goals.
4. Corporate Development Support: Collaborate early in deal lifecycle with Corporate Development, incorporating diligence findings into planning. Line up resources for integration as deals progress.
5. Cross-Functional Support: Work with finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams to support integration activities. Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in.
6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project momentum.
7. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
8. Cultural Integration: Support integration of organizational cultures, emphasizing collaboration and unity.
9. Reporting and Communication: Present progress and recommendations to leadership and board, ensuring clear communication.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years in program/project management, especially in M&A within healthcare or related industries.
• Proven success in coordinating complex integrations with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience working with acquired entities and leadership teams.
• Knowledge of valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Financial analysis skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships with external partners and advisors.
