Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to serve as a strategic partner driving value through consultative engagement and disciplined execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five years IT project management experience, including four years in software implementation.
• Healthcare experience preferred, ideally in a payor environment with claims and payments exposure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce (preferred).
• Travel about 20–25% for client engagements and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects with cross-functional, virtual teams.
• Act as the client-facing representative for Lyric project teams.
• Partner with Go-to-Market to define and execute client roadmaps.
• Direct Service Delivery and supporting teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Manage scope, risks, budgets, and timelines across initiatives.
• Document requirements, keep living project documentation, and ensure alignment.
