Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive successful delivery of client-facing projects within our Professional Services team. You will coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes from kickoff through close-out.

The role requires 8–12 years in a PM/Engagement role, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally with enterprise software.
• A degree and commitment to continued project management career growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work with large and diverse virtual teams and perform under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and project management practices/tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office toolset.
• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, expenditures, procurement, and blockers.
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting changes and risks and recommending mitigations.
• Escalate projects to management and key stakeholders and maintain project pipeline.
• Create and maintain project documentation and close out projects with deliverables to operations.
