Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Engagement Manager for our Professional Services team in the United States. You will lead enterprise client programs to implement Stripe solutions, drive adoption, and ensure value realization across complex architectures. You will coordinate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery.

You will work with executive stakeholders, manage risks, and guide teams in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable impact for top customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise level strategic users on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe's largest users in a way they will understand.
• Proven program management skills and experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal processes and drive more efficient ways of working.
• Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the user side.
• Experience in working with complex enterprise organizational structures and decision making.
• Ability to influence Stripe product and engineering teams to shape the forward roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-faceted project teams to accelerate implementations and drive value.
• Drive adoption of deployment practices and help customers maximize Stripe investments.
• Manage integration of Stripe products into client architectures and timelines.
• Provide program governance, risk assessment, and issue resolution using established tools.
• Coordinate alignment between client needs and Stripe product/engineering roadmaps.
• Ensure smooth handover to Stripe Support and operations after implementation.
• Contribute to a global community of practitioners to improve delivery methods.
