• Strong PM and services delivery experience for strategic customers.
• Experience with PSA tools, e.g., Financial Force, for reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent customer-facing communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and change-management capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Team player with ability to adapt in fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead engaged customer engagements across lifecycle.
• Analyze engagement scope, time, cost, benefits, and drive outcomes.
• Oversee project charters, deliverables, schedules and milestones.
• Prepare client-facing collateral and status reports.
• Identify and resolve escalations and risks across stakeholders.
• Use tools like FinancialForce, Salesforce, Metabase, Trello for program reporting.
