Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to own the delivery of complex, outcome-based cloud and AI programs for customers. You will shape commitments with executives, manage scope and change, and drive profitable delivery.

You will lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, including AWS builders and partners, ensuring milestones are met with value realization and high quality. Strong governance, risk management, and customer relationship skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• Experience in project management of technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Owning delivery of complex, outcome-based cloud and AI programs end to end, accountable for customer business outcomes, delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Shaping scope and measurable outcomes with sales and solution architects before signature.
• Negotiating scope, milestones and trade-offs with customer executives and managing fixed-price engagements.
• Forecasting revenue against milestones and maintaining accurate estimates to completion.
• Leading delivery teams that use AI across the lifecycle and ensuring security, performance, and cost trade-offs.
