Job summary

cX seeks a senior delivery leader who owns outcomes and trusted client relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of engagements, driving commercial health and outcome gates while knowing when to contribute hands-on in D365/Dataverse to accelerate results.

Job description

This is not a traditional PM role. Your job is not to manage tasks and timelines. Your job is to own the relationship, own the Outcomes, and be the person our Customers trust when the stakes are real.

You'll carry delivery accountability across a portfolio of engagements — client relationship, commercial health, and outcome gates, not just a status report on cadence. You'll sit across the table from executives, shape how they think about the problem, and hold that trust through delivery. You'll know when to bring in the technical firepower and when to pick up the tool yourself — because on smaller engagements, you can still get hands‑on in D365/Dataverse when it moves things faster. You'll use AI in how you operate daily, and bring that fluency into every client conversation as proof, not pitch.

8-12 years of delivery experience, with a strong D365/Dataverse foundation. Proven ownership of client relationships at a senior level — not just delivery execution underneath someone else. Practical, hands‑on AI fluency. The judgment to run a portfolio without needing to be chased for it.
