Marsh is seeking a VP, Engagement Lead to develop complex research strategies and lead teams in data collection and client communications. You will drive large proposals, refine presentations, and advise on methodologies to strengthen risk programs and initiatives.

You will manage senior stakeholder engagements, guide project work, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a hybrid work environment. The role requires extensive leadership and client relationship expertise.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years in risk consulting or a closely related client-facing role.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex client projects and engagements.
• Strong data-driven analysis and actionable client recommendations.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues on project delivery.
