Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Engagement Lead for our Forensic Accounting & Claims Services team. This role can be based in any US office or remotely, offering opportunities to lead large strategic engagements and coach teams to deliver outcomes with high impact.

You will guide data-driven analysis, expand client relationships, and ensure top-tier deliverables across diverse industries with measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk consulting or forensic accounting in a client-facing role.
• Quantification of economic damages including BI, property damage and extra expenses.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex client projects and engagements.
• Ability to manage and foster client relationships for existing business and opportunities.
• Strong data-driven analysis, problem-solving and actionable recommendations.
• Experience coaching, guiding or mentoring colleagues on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements, setting project approach, methodology, and deliverables.
• Advise and direct colleagues on research and analysis for client projects, guiding data collection and interpretation.
• Drive expansion of client relationships, identifying opportunities for new work and additional services.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop strategic action plans to address them.
• Review and refine client deliverables, providing advanced recommendations and insights.
• Lead specialized projects, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
