Marsh seeks a VP, Engagement Lead to guide high-impact client work in risk consulting. You will lead teams in developing research strategies, drive large project proposals, and refine client communications for delivery readiness.

This role partners with clients to evolve methodologies and tools supporting risk programs and strategic initiatives. You will manage senior stakeholder discussions, mentor colleagues, and ensure exceptional client experiences across complex engagements.

The VP, Engagement Lead applies advanced industry knowledge to develop complex research and analysis strategies and leads teams in data collection and documentation to deliver best-in-class guidance to clients. This role independently drives the development of large-scale project proposals to support business growth and expand client relationships. The VP, Engagement Lead reviews and refines complex presentations, slide decks, and client communications to ensure quality and readiness for delivery. This role also partners with clients to shape and evolve project approaches, methodologies, and tools that support successful risk programs and strategic initiatives. In addition, the VP, Engagement Lead develops meeting strategies for internal and client discussions, facilitates key conversations, and leads complex or unique client engagements to deliver exceptional results.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $112,600 to $239,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
