Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Engagement Lead – Forensic Accounting & Claims Services Consultant to join the Forensic Accounting & Claims Services team. The role can be based in any US office or remote.

You will lead large-scale engagements, guide teams, and deliver data-driven insights, strengthening client relationships and expanding service opportunities. The position requires a seasoned professional with risk consulting and forensic accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in risk consulting, forensic accounting, or closely related fields in a client-facing role.
• Experience quantifying economic damages (Business Interruption, Property Damage, Extra Expenses).
• Proven ability to manage large, complex client engagements and relationships.
• Strong data-driven analysis and actionable client recommendations.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements, setting project approach, methodology, and deliverables.
• Advise and direct research and analysis for client projects; guide data collection and interpretation.
• Drive expansion of client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop strategic action plans for client projects.
• Review and refine client deliverables with advanced recommendations and insights.
• Lead specialized projects with measurable client impact and high satisfaction.
