Code Metal, Inc. seeks an Engagement Manager to own end-to-end delivery in defense-focused, high-stakes environments. You will orchestrate pre-POC to production deployments, coordinating customers, engineers, product managers and growth teams to ensure on-time results.

Bring 7+ years of enterprise delivery experience, a strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex tech into clear customer value. This role supports flexible hybrid or remote work options.

Formación

• 7+ years leading customer engagements in technical enterprise environments.
• Experience owning white-glove enterprise delivery at elite firms or high-growth tech.
• Background in defense technology and familiarity with defense procurement.
• Able to discuss software/firmware/signal processing with engineers.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Strong executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Current possession of a security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end engagement delivery from pre-POC through deployment.
• Manage customer relationships at every level; set expectations early.
• Run structured project governance with milestones and cadence.
• Triage issues with product and engineering; manage escalation.
• Be flexible across contract coordination, scoping, and escalation.
• Build repeatable playbooks to scale delivery capacity.
• Surface friction to product/engineering; support expansions and renewals.
