Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in energy law.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and regulatory filings.
• Must be admitted to practice in Idaho or eligible to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center Power Transactions by drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on complex electric market design issues.
• Represent clients in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
• Counsel clients on renewable energy integration and energy procurement strategies.
• Participate in client relationship management and thought leadership.
• Guide and mentor associates within the practice group.
