Job summary

Orchestrade is seeking a Business Analyst to support growth in energy trading, risk, and operations solutions. You will engage with clients, analyze complex ETRM requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

The role covers framework enhancement, testing, and collaboration with product, development, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions across oil, gas, power, and metals markets.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Energy Market, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in Energy Market, ETRM or financial industry.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming; C#/C/C++ preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including data extraction, analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and solution design for energy trading problems.
• Maintain and configure energy product framework; validate trade lifecycle workflows.
• Serve as primary functional contact; understand clients' trading setups and operations.
• Investigate issues, prepare development tickets, and bridge business users with developers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure production-ready deliveries.
