Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager in Boulder to lead the development and execution of comprehensive energy management and decarbonization programs for client assignments. You will report to the Sustainable Operations Director and oversee energy management initiatives to deliver on KPI's including energy savings, carbon footprint reduction, and utility cost optimization.

You will conduct facility energy audits, evaluate lifecycle costs, draft project scopes, implement M&V

Responsibilities

• Project Identification, Feasibility & Technical Delivery: Conduct facility energy audits and technical reviews to identify high-impact energy conservation measures and facility improvement retrofits
• Utility Data Governance, Auditing & GHG Reporting: Manage energy data collection, produce reports, and support regulatory disclosures
• Site Operations & Facility Manager Engagement: Collaborate with local Site Facility Managers to review BAS operation and energy performance
• Program Strategy & Decarbonization Roadmap: Develop roadmaps to meet client carbon reduction goals and drive energy/sustainability improvements
