Responsibilities

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic initiatives; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop performance indicators and tracking to monitor results; oversee reports and controls.
• Develop work plans for corrective actions from performance assessments.
• Lead business planning and objective setting; drive business case development.
• Lead change management with training for new processes and procedures.
• Drive adoption of best practices and coordinate with Exelon organizations.
