Job summary

Exelon in Baltimore is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the development, operation, and scaling of energy storage initiatives across BGE. You will coordinate policy, strategy, and execution to establish programs and operating models for a growing battery storage portfolio.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, regulatory engagement, and collaboration with regulators, developers, and industry partners to drive governance, and long-term asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or STEM field and 7–10 years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methods and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
• Experience with regulatory filings and stakeholder engagement.
