Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior program leader to drive the development, execution, and scaling of utility‑owned and third‑party energy storage initiatives across BGE. The role sits at the intersection of policy, strategy, and execution, establishing programs, operating models, and processes for a growing portfolio of battery storage assets.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, support regulatory filings and reporting, and act as a credible representative of BGE with regulators and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or STEM with 7–10 years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards, methods, processes and practices and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated business acumen and problem solving, financial/analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team and manage change.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with customer focus.
• In lieu of degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic initiatives; manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms; oversee reports for projects and initiatives.
• Develop corrective actions from performance assessments.
• Establish business plans/objectives; develop business cases and prioritize deliverables.
• Lead change management; train employees and establish business readiness procedures.
• Drive adoption of best practices; interface with various Exelon organizations and external partners.
