Grumman|Butkus Associates is seeking an Energy and Retro-Commissioning Project Manager/Associate in Hoboken, NJ, to oversee energy audits, retro-commissioning, and multi-project management with M/E/P/FP teams. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure technical excellence, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited) and a strong background in HVAC systems, energy modeling, and project

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited BS in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC subsystems and temperature controls.
• 10+ years energy analysis and retro-commissioning experience in sophisticated buildings.

Aufgaben

• Perform energy assessments, audits, and retro-commissioning for existing facilities.
• Lead multi-project teams of M/E/P/FP engineers and coordinate with clients.
• Conduct field surveys and review drawings for studies.
• Calculate energy savings using Excel or building simulation tools.
• Provide project management to meet client expectations on scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare and deliver summary reports and presentations to clients.
• Lead ENERGY STAR, LEED, and Green Globes assessments.
