As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial and industrial Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing (MEP), Controls, and specialty construction projects across multiple operating brands within the MEP Division. Operating within a centralized Project Management Office (PMO), this position manages projects from turnover through closeout while ensuring consistency in project delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and quality.
The Project Manager works closely with Estimation, Engineering, Service Operations, Installation Teams, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure seamless project execution. Unlike a traditional trade-specific project manager, this role may oversee projects across several disciplines and business units, utilizing standardized project management processes, tools, and performance metrics established by the PMO.
