Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with energy experience to lead our Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division. You will develop opportunities, execute project work, and ensure schedule, cost, and quality leadership while growing the client base nationwide.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive profitability through effective budget management and resource allocation. Base salary ranges with substantial bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Oversee the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and success.
