Job summary

Atwell is a leading firm in consulting, engineering, and construction services with a national footprint across 75+ locations. We seek a Senior Project Engineer to lead energy-related projects, including pipelines and facilities, and to serve as the SME within the group.

You will drive project objectives from feasibility through detailed design, coordinating with EPCs and external consultants while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead project teams and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee performance and foster teamwork within project teams.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge; network and participate in societies.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities for major Oil & Gas / Energy projects.
• Coordinate design efforts with EPC or external consultants.
• Review submittals to meet project specifications.
• Manage external engineering firms and subcontractors.
• Develop E&I designs for natural gas transmission facilities.
• Produce basis of design documents and E&I scope packages.
