Responsibilities

• Deregulated procurement contract administration including tracking and invoice reviews.
• Evaluate energy invoices for contract accuracy.
• Support monthly utility accruals and variance analysis.
• Coordinate GHG reporting for sustainability initiatives.
• Support renewable energy contract management, REC retirement and accruals.
• Maintain location/account details in the utility bill database.
• Prepare internal utility reports and liaise with utilities on rate reviews.
