Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory team in Houston. You will build and refine Excel-based financial models, evaluate investment options, and support financing structures for large energy transactions.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a background in energy markets or investment banking, with hybrid work in Houston three days in the office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and Excel-based financial modeling skills.
• Experience in energy markets or investment banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
• Identify financial risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Support structuring and execution of financing documents for transactions.
• Prepare presentations for lenders and management updates.
