ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Capital Markets - Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory (AIFA) Professional in Houston to support valuation, financing, and strategic investments.

You will build Excel models, analyze project economics, and collaborate with finance, tax, legal, and business teams on major ENGIE North America transactions. You will contribute to structuring and executing financing arrangements, assist in asset impairment testing, and prepare presentations for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, financial advisory, private equity, infrastructure investment, or a strategic energy company.
• Energy industry experience supporting renewable energy, distributed generation, energy services, retail electricity, natural gas transportation or distribution, or other energy infrastructure activities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed, Excel-based financial models to support investment decisions, including sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with internal functions to develop financial model inputs and assumptions.
• Identify financial risks and mitigation measures.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate financial options and proposals for projects and funding needs.
• Support internal approval processes for new economic commitments and financing arrangements.
• Contribute to structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents for large transactions.
