Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years verifiable Project Management experience in mechanical subcontracting (HVAC/Plumbing).
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Project Managers and project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Champion safety and maintain a secure, compliant work environment.
• Manage budgets, labor, subcontracts, and schedule to meet costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel for execution.
• Lead meetings, report on progress, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure satisfaction with professional conduct.
