Qualifications

• NERC Certified System Operator or PJM Operator Certifications required upon hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PJM system reliability and ensure operations comply with PJM/NERC procedures.
• Operate PJM OASIS site and provide energy scheduling support to customers.
• Coordinate unit scheduling to meet PJM load and reserve requirements while ensuring market rules compliance.
