Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of experience in energy markets or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service experience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability by following NERC and PJM procedures.
• Operate OASIS and support energy scheduling processes.
• Coordinate unit scheduling to meet load and reserve needs.
• Direct and monitor generation outages and maintenance requests.
• Forecast system load and monitor data for discrepancies.
• Provide training to new Master Coordinators and colleagues.
