Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering, Planning, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• At least 10 years of site investigation, permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.
• Strong technical and business development background.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to interpret environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects.
• Oversee program-wide projects including setup, planning, safety analysis, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
• Develop project strategies and design approaches that meet client objectives with regular client/manager communication.
• Manage project billing, client updates, QA/QC, project closeout, and compliance with plans.
• Prepare compliant project proposals and serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact.
• Navigate complex public processes, municipal approvals, regulatory requirements, and environmental permitting.
• Represent clients in agency meetings, manage subcontractors, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
