Fisher Associates seeks a Senior Energy + Environment Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects in the Albany area. You will develop client relationships, oversee regulatory requirements, and guide multidisciplinary teams through project setup, execution, and closeout.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of site investigation, permitting, and project management, with strong business development acumen and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of site investigation, permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.
• Strong technical and business development background.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to interpret site investigation and remediation practices and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with critical thinking and sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Lead new business development and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects.
• Oversee project setup, planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgets across programs.
• Develop project strategies and design approaches meeting client objectives while communicating with clients and managers.
• Manage project billing, QA/QC, and closeout; ensure compliance with project plans.
• Prepare compliant proposals; serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact.
• Navigate regulatory processes and environmental permitting; engage with agencies.
