Fisher Associates seeks a Senior Energy + Environment Project Manager in Albany, NY to lead complex energy and environmental projects. You will guide regulatory compliance, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams through project setup, planning, and closeout.

The role emphasizes ownership, practice growth, and mentoring teams while navigating state permitting processes and agency meetings. Remote candidates may be considered based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of site investigation, permitting, environmental compliance, and project management experience.
• Strong technical and business development background.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret site investigation and remediation practices and environmental regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead new business development efforts and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects.
• Oversee program-wide projects, including project setup, planning, safety analysis, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
• Develop project strategies and design approaches that meet client objectives while maintaining regular communication with clients and managers.
• Manage project billing, client updates, QA/QC, project closeout, and compliance with project plans.
• Prepare compliant project proposals and serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact throughout the proposal process.
• Navigate complex public processes, municipal approvals, regulatory requirements, and environmental permitting.
• Represent clients in agency meetings, manage subcontractors, negotiate regulatory conditions, and provide technical guidance to project teams and employees.
