Cadmus seeks an Energy Engineer to join its Energy Services Division. The role directs and executes energy projects for Cadmus’ clients, leading site inspections, audits, and decarbonization assessments while coordinating with internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and mentoring abilities, with experience in engineering and energy project management, and a proven track record delivering on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Between five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated professional experience in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complicated issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial, industrial, multifamily, and residential site visits to support energy projects and collect data.
• Analyze data using MS Excel, Python, or R; identify trends and summarize impacts.
• Quantify impacts using engineering or statistical methods and economic analyses like ROI.
• Support energy projects across HVAC, electrical, PV, BESS, EV, and more.
• Prepare findings and present to clients, stakeholders, and peers.
• Engage clients to scope needs, build partnerships, and implement energy solutions.
• Manage self and balance priorities to maintain work-life balance.
• Guide small teams of consultants, monitor budgets and timelines.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external parties.
• Deliver high-quality work on-time and on-budget.
