Cadmus seeks an Energy Engineer to join its Energy Services Division in the United States. The role involves directing energy projects, performing data collection, analysis, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.

The candidate will manage project budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate across teams to deliver on-time, within-budget energy solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of demonstrated professional experience in energy sector.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead site visits and data collection for energy projects.
• Analyze data using MS Excel, Python, or R to identify trends.
• Quantify impacts of energy interventions using engineering/statistical methods.
• Prepare findings and present to clients and stakeholders.
