Job summary

CPL is seeking a senior energy engineer to lead energy audits, benchmark studies, and feasibility assessments for diverse building types. You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop and evaluate energy conservation measures and EPCs that drive measurable savings and performance improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Energy Engineering, 5+ years of energy engineering experience, and credentials such as CEM or CEA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of energy engineering, energy audits, and building performance analysis experience.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) credential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead energy audits, benchmarking studies, and feasibility assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop and implement energy conservation measures for building projects.
  • Navigate incentive programs and regulatory requirements to maximize project value and outcomes.
