Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior leader to supervise a team of Energy Efficiency Consultants and manage channel partnerships across MA/CT/NH. The role focuses on executing energy efficiency programs, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging regulators and stakeholders.

The position requires 5–10 years in energy efficiency or related fields, a strong background in program management, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline required; master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management or energy efficiency.
• Experience in development and management of channel partnerships and programs.
• Experience in communication at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of department staff, including development, performance assessments, recruitment, and reporting for program implementation.
• Oversees budgeting, invoicing, and tracking of expenses and energy savings; develops RFPs.
• Leads integration of activities between customers, program admins, advisory consultants and vendors to deliver customer-centric programs.
• Develops relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and contractors in energy efficiency programs.
• Leads process improvements ensuring on time, on budget, within scope.
• Executes department plans to ensure regulatory compliance and oversight of rate-payer funds.
• Leads development of draft testimony and testifies before regulatory bodies.
• Represents Eversource in national energy efficiency conferences.
• Develops relationships across multi-state territory.
• Manages a portfolio of channel partner relationships.
• Oversees budgeting, invoicing, and tracking of expenses and energy savings.
• Develops relationships with key channel partners.
• Oversees integration between channel team, sales, and implementation teams.
• Leads process improvements within area of responsibility.
