Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Energy Efficiency Consultant to drive residential customer engagement in energy-saving programs across the tristate service area. The role can be based in Berlin, CT, Westwood, MA, or Manchester NH, with a hybrid schedule that requires in-office days and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, architectural, or energy efficiency.
• Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH and work in office/field environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic activities and nurture relationships with manufacturers, distributors and retailers of energy‑efficient products.
• Coordinate activities between customers, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.
• Prepare RFPs for the development and execution of procurements for program administration vendors.
• Develop documents and plans to meet regulatory filings and oversight of energy efficiency programs.
