Job summary

National Grid seeks a Senior Analyst in Treasury to lead energy commodity contracts across gas and power activities. You will initiate, negotiate, approve, enter into, and maintain master agreements and related documents, coordinating with Legal, risk and commercial teams.

The role involves maintaining contract data in ETRM (Allegro), ensuring compliance with Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and handling KYC processes and regulatory filings with NY PSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related majors; experience with legal dept is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years contract negotiation experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills due to extensive cross-department interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of master agreements (NAESB, ISDA, Master Power).
• Coordinate with legal, credit and commercial teams through contract review and redlining.
• Enter and maintain counterparty and contract data in ETRM (Allegro).
• Ensure contract terms comply with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
