National Grid is seeking a Senior Analyst in Treasury to lead energy commodity contract activities, including initiation, negotiation, and maintenance. You will coordinate with Legal, Credit, and Commercial teams and manage data in ETRM (Allegro) while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Manager of Qualitative Risk and Compliance and involves collaboration with traders and marketers to meet contract needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years contract negotiation experience.
• Expert knowledge of energy commodity contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiation of master agreements including ISDA, NAESB, and related contracts.
• Coordinate with legal, credit, and commercial teams on contract reviews.
• Enter and maintain counterparty and contract data in ETRM (Allegro).
• Ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley control structure.
