Job summary

National Grid seeks a Senior Analyst (Treasury) to drive energy commodity contracts across gas and power supply activities, from initiation to approval and post-execution steps.

The role collaborates with Legal, Tax and Finance, manages contract data in Allegro, supports KYC, and ensures compliance with Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley. This is a hybrid position with office days across National Grid locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; experience working with legal department is a plus.
• Allegro knowledge is a strong plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of energy commodity contracts (NAESB, ISDA, Master Power Agreements, PPAs).
• Coordinate with legal, credit and commercial teams on contract review, editing and execution.
• Maintain counterparty and contract data in ETRM (Allegro) and manage contract templates.
