Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking a senior analytics professional in Puerto Rico to conduct high‑level stakeholder engagement and advanced analyses of cost, performance, and contractual compliance for generation assets.

You will develop models, dashboards, and tools to inform executive decisions and support regulatory reporting, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in advanced analytics, modeling, and contract administration.
• Experience leading analytical projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead data validation across operations, metering, and cost data for audits and reporting.
• Develop models, tools, and dashboards to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with developers, IPPs, regulatory entities and project teams for compliance.
• Oversee PPOA invoice reconciliation and contract validation processes.
• Mentor peers, drive process improvements, and support data governance initiatives.
• Track project progress and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
