Job summary

LUMA Energy in the United States seeks a capable professional to verify and report key operational data, forecast demand, and support planning for generation, load, and system reserves. You will collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and reliable electric system operations.

Responsibilities include developing and managing PPOAs and other contracts, producing weekly availability forecasts and hourly dispatch tables, and monitoring load forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 0-3 years hands-on experience in a technical or support role.
• Experience with energy management systems and forecasting/dispatch tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reports key operational data to support planning of generation, load demand, and system reserves.
• Monitors PPOAs, JOPs, and other contracts to ensure adequate power supply and system reliability.
• Reports weekly generation availability forecasts and hourly dispatch tables.
• Ensures activities align with policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborates with legal, regulatory, and system operation teams to maintain documentation and updates.
