Job summary

LUMA Energy is seeking an analytical Workforce Analytics/HR Insights professional to develop dashboards and insights that forecast workforce capabilities and future skills for Puerto Rico. You will ground guidance in data, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks to support proactive planning and strategic readiness.

Responsibilities include providing analytics across operations, engineering, grid modernization, and customer experience; translating insights into practical recommendations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field is required.
• Experience with data collection, analysis and interpretation.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and workforce insights.
• Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling with data.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates dashboards, reports and workforce insights to support leadership decisions across operations and engineering.
• Translates technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Monitors progress of workforce strategy and flags risks or adjustments.
• Advises leaders on emerging skills for safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinates with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation and HR partners to embed insights into hiring and training plans.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participates in storm restoration drills to support service reliability.
• Performs other tasks aligned with role expectations.
