Job summary

Resource Innovations in Boulder, CO seeks a Senior Consultant to apply advanced quantitative methods to utility-scale challenges, including demand-side management and grid modernization.

You will lead analytical workstreams, work with large AMI datasets, and translate complex findings into actionable insights for utilities, regulators, and agencies. The role offers growth and collaboration in a women-led firm focused on impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years experience; or Master's with 2+ years.
• Experience with econometric and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Stata, R, Python, SAS or similar.
• Ability to translate data into compelling report and presentation formats.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Experience in the energy industry.
• Interest in sustainability and impact.

Responsibilities

• Estimate program load impacts using econometric methods and experimental designs.
• Process large interval and AMI datasets and survey data for analysis.
• Develop quantitative cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, or risk models.
• Lead surveys design, sampling plans, and results analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and testimony for regulatory filings.
• Assist in proposals and business development opportunities.
