Job summary

FirstService Energy seeks a senior advisor to lead energy management for residential and commercial properties across the U.S. and Canada. You will analyze utility data, perform on-site assessments, and develop reports with ROI analyses to help reduce energy use and costs.

The role requires collaboration with property managers, board members, and operations teams. Hybrid work with Dallas or Austin offices; travel to sites and meetings is expected, including evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Building Science, or a related field.
• CEM, EBCP, CBCP, LEED O+M certifications are preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary energy advisor for assigned clients, managing energy procurement, reporting, billing, and service activities.
• Analyze utility rates and building data to identify savings opportunities.
• Conduct on-site assessments and recommend energy efficiency upgrades and operational improvements.
• Develop energy reports with savings estimates and ROI calculations.
• Present findings to property managers and boards in meetings, including after-hours events.
