Job summary

Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc is seeking a Senior Energy Accounting Specialist to lead advanced energy accounting functions with a focus on regulatory reporting and complex billing. The role supports fuel tax reporting, direct and AFD load billing, and system reconciliations while maintaining internal controls within the Energy Department.

Responsibilities include daily invoicing, contract applications, energy reporting, and customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Office experience with computer skills is beneficial.
• Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator and computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post bulk fuel and propane delivery tickets.
• Apply sales tax and prepay contracts to transactions.
• Assist customers with fuel cards, orders, contracting, billing, and reports.
• Dispatch orders by text, email, phone, or entry into Energy Force.
• Invoicing bulk oil totes and fuel tank leases and reconcile with GL.
• Invoicing direct fuel and AFD loads.
• Posting stock additions for fuel and oil purchases.
• Reconcile C-Store and cardtrol credit card transactions.
• Maintain UST reports and energy monthly/annual tax returns.
